The annual Chinese Moon Festival will take place at the Wo Hing Museum in Lahaina this Friday, Sept. 16 and Saturday, Sept. 17. Presented by the Lahaina Restoration Foundation, the event will commemorate Chinese traditions and celebrate Maui’s locally grown produce. Guests can explore feng shui, knot tying, calligraphy and authentic Chinese cooking with lots of awesome live demonstrations. Keiki can plant seeds and learn how to make paper lanterns, and all can enjoy Chinese moon cakes. Free. 10am.
