Let’s just read from the menu: garlic noodles, ramen, udon, Singapore noodles, saimin and soba. No noodle is too big or small here. Chef Sheldon Simeon has proven that the noodle is more than just a pasta. In fact, at Star Noodle, it’s something of an edible art.
